✅ Eligibility Criteria for BPharm at AIUB
🏠 Nationality Requirements
- Bangladeshi Applicants: Must be permanent residents of Bangladesh.
- International Applicants: Only eligible to apply under reserved seats approved by the Government of Bangladesh.
📚 Academic Requirements
For SSC & HSC (Bangla Medium) or Equivalent:
- Must belong to the Science group.
- Minimum combined GPA of 8.00 (out of 10) in SSC and HSC.
- Minimum individual GPA of 3.50 (out of 5) in both SSC and HSC.
Required Subject-Wise GPA:
- Chemistry & Biology: Minimum GPA 3.50 each.
- Physics & Mathematics: Minimum GPA 3.00 each.
For O-Level & A-Level (English Medium):
- Must have a background in science subjects.
- Recommended grade:
- ‘B’ in Chemistry and Biology
- ‘C’ in Physics and Mathematics
🧮 Additional Course Requirement
- Applicants with no Mathematics in HSC/A-Level or GPA below 3.00 in Mathematics:
- May still be admitted.
- Must complete an additional 3-credit Mathematics course aligned with the BPharm curriculum.
📆 Academic Year Limitation
- Must have completed HSC or A-Level within the current year or the past two years.
🌐 International Student Requirements
- Must have completed 12 years of education (equivalent to HSC/A-Level).
- Must obtain an equivalence certificate from the Bangladesh Pharmacy Council.
- Must pay any required processing fees.
