North South University Seminar on Satin Class Drug’s Efficacy with Mercer University Professor

North South University held a seminar discussing the innovative efficacy of a new drug called Satin, which is designed to control blood pressure. The seminar, organized by the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences and the North South Pharmaceutical Club, featured Associate Professor Dr. Rakibul Hasan from Mercer University, USA, who discussed his research on the Satin class of drugs and its innovative aspects.

The chief guest was Deputy Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Abdur Rob Khan, and the special guest was the Dean of the School of Health and Life Sciences, Professor Dr. Deepak Kumar Mitra. Hasan highlighted the drug’s effectiveness in controlling blood pressure and its potential to help 200 million people worldwide suffering from neglected cardiovascular diseases. Special guest Professor Dr. Deepak Kumar Mitra also encouraged students to be interested in research. The seminar concluded with a question and answer session, making it an informative and educational event for students.
