On May 8, 2025, East West University came alive with Bornil Bangaliana, a vibrant cultural festival celebrating the rich heritage, traditional arts, and colorful customs of Bengali culture. Hosted by the East West University Club for Performing Arts (ECPA), the event aimed to promote cultural unity, student creativity, and a deep appreciation for Bangladeshi traditions. 🇧🇩✨

  • 🎪 A traditional Mela with 11+ cultural stalls featuring local crafts, ethnic wear, and traditional food

  • 🎤 A show-stopping performance by the renowned Bangla music band Kaaktaal

🎓 The event was graced by East West University pro vice chancellor Mohammad Ashik Mosaddik, Department of Students’ Welfare Adviser Ismat Shereen, faculty members and enthusiastic students — all joining together to celebrate and preserve the spirit of Bengali culture.
